Behavioral Health
The Hyde County Behavioral Health Program (HC BHP) seeks to provide an outpatient multidisciplinary team approach to health maintenance. Emphasis is placed upon total health care needs of the client so that maximum compliance may be achieved with medications and self-management of the individual diagnosis. This program also encompasses diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of substance abuse and addictive disorders as well as the secondary diseases related to their use.
The HCHD BHP will work to provide education, therapy, consultation, information, referrals, and/or presentation services to the local community.
